I walked 2-4 miles just about everyday postpartum and it helped me lose 25 pounds. Now I just shoot for around 10k steps a day and try to prioritize walking outside. Now that we’re entering summer and it’s getting warmer out, I shoot for morning walks, use a stroller fan, mesh UV blocking sunshade and keep baby hydrated!
