Your money does not stop being useful just because part of the growth is taxable 👇 I had someone comment that earning 4.3% interest in a high-yield savings account was “dumb” because you have to pay taxes on the interest. But you only pay taxes because the money earned money. Meanwhile traditional savings accounts are out here paying enough interest to maybe buy half a French fry once a year.
